Hi! My name is Amanda and I'm a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
I do weight loss coaching and strength training, and my workouts that I design are designed specifically for you, taking into account your lifestyle, your exercise experience, and any injuries or medical issues you may have.

My teaching in Yoga started in 1979, when I received my diploma from the Satyananda Yoga Association. There after I received my Diploma with the International Yoga Teacher's Association in 1983 and have since done work representing Yoga for the United Nations.
My name is Angela and I've been teaching Les Mills classes since 2003. Including Body Pump, Body Step and Body Balance. I absolutely love teaching group fitness and love having such a positive job that moves, inspires and encourages people towards a happier and healthier life. Come join in on the fun!
Hi, I'm Graham I have been practicing traditional yoga for 15 years and teaching since 2011, having graduated from the International Yoga Teachers Association. My enthusiasm and continuing quest for knowledge is tempered by the real time satisfaction I get by helping other students develop their yoga practice, and using this practice to complement their gym fitness training.

Originally from the UK I have been teaching group fitness for over 20 years and Les Mills programs for more than 15 years including Body Step, Body Pump, Body Attack. I am so lucky to have a job that I love and I am inspired by the people who continue to work hard and come back week after week.
I was working in a corporate job for many years with little physical activity sitting for most of the day, low levels of job satisfaction, low self-esteem and poor eating habits. I was weighing 79 kgs and wearing size 16 cloths. I suffered from continual back pain, regular headaches and as a result was sleeping poorly. Clearly this is not a good way to live and knew I wanted to change my life and have a better quality of living. In 2014 I had decided to make a change. I start going change my diet and practise Yoga. The combination of Yoga and good diet resulted in me losing 24kgs and many people wondering if I was the same person!
I believe if I can do it, you can too!
I have also graduated with over 200 hours completed at InYoga, and completed Pilates mat training as well.
